PICKLEX® 20: An Environmentally Safe Metal Surface Preparation and Pretreatment Chemical: Presently almost all chemicals (such as, Solvent, Acid etc.) and process (such as Blasting) which are used during Metal Surface Preparation before Finishing are hazardous in nature. Picklex® 20 replaces all chemicals including Blasting and prepares the metal surface in One Step, ready for Priming, Painting, Powder Coating etc.

PICKLEX® 20 is an environmentally safe, nonhazardous, water-based product. In one step, it completely removes the surface rust, provides a pretreatment/conversion coating, seal the coating and stops the oxidation process. It prepares the metal surface Rust/contamination free with Zero Oxidation, ready for a long term indoor Rust Protection, Welding, Priming, Painting, Powder Coating, Welding, etc.

Picklex® 20 works at room/ambient temperature with no rinsing. Simple, easy and safe to use process, providing much higher quality results than the traditional process. Saves a lot of Labor, time & Cost.

The U.S. EPA's R & D laboratory in Cincinnati, Ohio has tested/verified this product and validated it as a nonpolluting, cost-effective metal surface preparation product.
